Any traditional roofing solution can be used for your home.
For a flat roof, the most common solution used is a flexible membrane such as PVC or EPDM. With a flexible membrane, the roof can then be transformed into a green roof or fitted with solar panels.
When roof terraces are not allowed by regulation, we advise building an industrial roof truss on the top of the insulated terrace roof. This solution is only possible if you have a small roof pitch. Trusses can be bolted to OSB which are then screwed in the roof LVLs. The roof is then built in a classic way that ensures waterproofing.
